Goals

Your goals are important to us!

Weight loss goals are the most common goals in our program, but you may have other goals as well.

Defining your weight loss goals should be as simple as writing this phrase down and posting it on your bathroom mirror:

“I want to lose_____ pounds during this _____ day program period.”

Notice that in this example the goal is measurable

Other Health & Wellness Goals:

  • Documentation of intake
  • Water intake goals
  • Exercise/Activity goals
  • Sleeping goals
  • Stress outlet goals
  • Goals for anticipated vitamin and mineral deficiencies
  • Goals for strict adherence to the program (following to a “T”)
